Position Overview:
- Job Title: Rentals Front of House
- Location: Crediton, Devon
- Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
- Salary: £23,795.20 per annum
- Flexibility: Occasional Saturdays and flexibility in work hours required
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors and callers with high efficiency.
- Organise property viewings and liaise feedback to the team.
- Register applicants, organise valuations, and maximise opportunities.
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting processes.
- Respond swiftly to internet enquiries and follow up on leads.
- Provide detailed information about properties to potential renters and buyers.
- Perform administrative duties and support lettings and maintenance coordination.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential Skills: Strong customer service, negotiation, and administrative abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, with excellent literacy and numeracy skills. Solid telephone communication skills.
- Desirable Traits: Keen interest in property, understanding of the local housing market, and familiarity with relevant legislation.
- Behavioural Competencies: Effective communicator with diverse groups, excellent organisational skills, friendly and professional demeanor, ability to handle pressure, and a team-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service.
- GCSEs grade C or above in English and Maths.
- A full, clean driving licence.
