Job Title: Sales Progressor/Customer Relations
Location: Helmores, 111-112 High Street, Crediton, Devon
Salary: £27,000-£32,000 per annum based on experience
Type: Full-time, Permanent. We may consider part time applicants on a job sharing basis.

We’re a leading estate agency in Devon, searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Progressor / Customer Relations person to become part of our dynamic team. Role Description:
You’ll play a crucial role in forming relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other estate agents ensuring a smooth and enjoyable property selling journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities and skills:
Exceptional communication skills: Clear and professional communication is essential when interacting with a diverse range of people, both in person, over the phone and email.
Strong interpersonal skills: Building rapport and nurturing positive relationships is vital to your success in this role.
Problem-solving and negotiation abilities: Mediating between parties, resolving conflicts, and finding mutually beneficial solutions to challenges that may arise during the property selling process.
Organisational skills and attention to detail: Managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously requires excellent time management, prioritisation, and a keen eye for detail.
Adaptability and resilience: The ability to adapt your communication style to suit different clients’ needs and preferences, as well as to stay calm and maintain a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations, is essential.
Experience with CRM and technology: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant IT tools will be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of the property selling process: An understanding of the various stages involved in property transactions is desirable BUT not essential. So, if you have exceptional customer skills but no property industry experience we still want to here from you!
