No.13 Highfield (Sunnybank) is a vey spacious 3 bedroom bungalow (nealry 100sqm) situated in the middle of the popular village of Lapford. The bungalow has been renovated and updated and is decorated and presented in excellent condition. The single storey accommodation is light and airy and surprisingly spacious. The living room is situated at the front of the property and has a good sized decking area to the front offering views across the countryside. There are three bedrooms, 2 of which have their own en-suite, so in total there are three bathrooms including the family bathroom. The kitchen/diner is again a really good space and the sky light windows make this another light and attractive space along with the adjacent utility room, the patio doors to the rear give access to the patio as well as raised, level lawned area. All in all the current occupiers have taken a nice property and with careful and professional modifications made this into a beautiful modern home. To the front of the property there is a large drive that would comfortably house 3-4 vehicles. Due to the level of interior upgrading the property is definitely best viewed and please contact us to arrange.

LAPFORD is a large village, beyond Morchard Road on the A377 – 9 miles from Crediton and 16 miles from the City of Exeter.
Like most Devon parishes, it’s not far from a lovely collection of trees – Eggesford Forest is just up the way, a regal coniferous plantation that plays host to variety of creatures including adders, butterflies, buzzards and woodpeckers (and badgers!). The village itself has a primary school with an excellent Ofsted report, sizeable playing fields (with a football pitch and kid-friendly playground) and a busy pub – The Old Malt Scoop Inn, once a 16th Century coaching inn – which now offers an à la carte dining experience, using only the best local produce.
