Fernworthy Park is ideally situated in the heart of the village. It’s a large cul-de-sac development, safe and popular with families. The houses are a combination of 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed homes, many of which have been extended to suit owners’ needs. It’s a short walk to the primary school, bus stops, shops and train station (line to Exeter and Barnstaple), so it works well with commuters too.
This house in particular has great potential to grow with changing family needs. Currently in its original 3 bedroom guise, many of the neighbouring properties have been modernised to alter the downstairs layout to give a more open plan feel. The kitchen can be opened up into the dining area and either used as all open plan, or separate from the living room if preferred. Others have gone a step further and extended to the rear or over the garage, both options here to create a 4 bedroom home. The house is very well presented and whilst for some, it maybe a little dated in places, there's certainly not a necessity to change too much other than for personal taste. There is double glazing and central heating and the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles, are served by a family bathroom on the first floor.
Outside a lawned front garden gives a buffer to the development pavement and a driveway gives off-road parking. The garage is adjoined to the side of the house and access can be gained to the side of the garage. The rear garden is south facing and a great size (approx. 14m x 10m) and gently slopes to the south. There is a rear door to the garage and the garden has timber fencing around and a very green outlook with numerous trees nearby.
Please see the floorplan for room sizes.

DIRECTIONS : From our High Street offices, head towards The Green and continue on the A377 to Copplestone. As you proceed down the hill, take a right at the stone cross in the middle of the village and then immediately right again into Bewsley Hill. Take the first right into Fernworthy Park and No.20 will be found on the right hand side.
COPPLESTONE is a 5-minute drive west of Crediton on the A377, a main route into the City of Exeter. A stone’s throw to the southwest is Dartmoor National Park, renowned for its invigorating walks and sublime scenery. Previously a traditional farming hamlet, Copplestone has grown over the years, and now offers a fantastic selection of new-build, fully modern homes. This, coupled with its own primary school and locality to Queen Elizabeth’s Community College in Crediton, makes it perfect for families moving to Devon. The village has a strong camaraderie between residents, with a local church holding many events. There is a 3m carved granite cross, found in the village centre of Saxon origin and steeped in mythology. There is also a shop/post office for convenience, and regular transport links (bus and train) towards Exeter, North Devon and Okehampton.
