Ladywell Meadows is a development on the edge of the North Devon town of Chulmleigh, a small but busy town with plenty of community activity and a range of amenities. The houses were built by Devonshire Homes and offered a selection of homes of varying styles and sizes that came together to create a lovely development. The last of the new homes sold here in 2020 and this house is now being offered for sale by the first owners. Directions -
Leave the A377 at Leigh Cross and proceed up the hill towards Chulmleigh.
