Working in Exeter, the short commute is so easy, and being able to enjoy the local countryside with the dogs, it’s just perfect, especially being able to walk from home to The Beer Engine or Hanlons for a meal” – just a snippet of the owners’ comments on the location of this unique barn conversion. It’s situated off the road between Newton St Cyres and Half Moon, down a private road and tucked away with plenty of privacy. From Exeter. Leave Exeter at Cowley Bridge and head on the A377 towards Crediton. Pass through Cowley (Bernaville and The Stables) and along Half Moon Straight. As you enter the 30MPH zone, pass a row of houses on your right and then turn in right into Higher Marsh Lane and the property with its parking will be found on the right.

From Crediton. Leave Crediton on the A377 towards Exeter. Pass through Newton St Cyres and into Half Moon, you will see a small paddock on the left before reaching a row of houses and turn left into Higher Marsh Lane. The property with its parking will be found on the right.
