Meet Emma

I’m Emma, and I’m a Sales Progressor here at Helmores. I’ve lived locally all my life, so I know the area and its people inside out.

I began my estate agency career in the 1990s with a large corporate agency in Exeter. I worked my way up through the ranks from an office junior to a senior negotiator, and even spent time as a Mortgage Adviser.

After a break to raise my family, I returned to my passion for people and property. I’m thrilled to be back in estate agency, using my experience to guide clients through the sales process smoothly and confidently.

The role of a Sales Progressor often goes unnoticed until you’re in the midst of a property transaction and that’s where I come in. I manage property chains, liaise with solicitors, lenders, surveyors, and even removal companies, and solve problems to keep everything on track. My goal is to reduce the stress of buying and selling, offering support at every step through this often stressful time.

I’m known for being approachable, helpful, and always with a genuine smile. I look forward to being part of your home-moving journey!
