I’m Kathy, and I play a key role in accounts administration, as well as providing support for both rentals and sales progression here at Helmores. My journey in estate agency began many moons ago, as part of the Youth Training Scheme in the late 1980's, which marked the start of my career with a large corporate agency in Exeter. That experience ignited my passion for this industry and set me on a path where I've now accumulated over 30 years of experience in accounts.
I absolutely love my job. Being involved in the financial aspects, as well as supporting the smooth progression of rentals and sales, allows me to contribute significantly to the backbone of Helmores' operations. My role is crucial in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in all our transactions.
Born and raised in mid Devon, I have a deep connection to this area and a comprehensive understanding of the local market and community. This insight enhances my ability to relate to and assist our clients and colleagues, making me a valuable asset to the Helmores team.
