Since joining Helmores in 2009, I've journeyed from a junior negotiator to a senior negotiator, and now I'm in the crucial role of sales progressor. While the importance of a sales progressor might often go unnoticed, it's a role that becomes indispensable once our clients experience the dedication required to guide their sale from agreement to completion.

In my role, I'm the one fighting in your corner, ensuring that every step of the process is seamless. I'm here to chase down the chain, ensure that solicitors are in communication, and make sure all the crucial milestones are met on time. My days also involve liaising with lenders and surveyors, all to ensure your journey to completion is as smooth as possible.

One of my proudest moments was when I received the bronze award for Best Customer Service in the whole of the UK at the Allagents Customer Service Awards. This accolade is a testament to my commitment to our clients, ensuring that I'm not just doing a job, but making a difference in one of the most significant transactions of their lives.

My role is more than just administrative; it's about being a steadfast advocate for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their voices are heard throughout the sales process.
