Location: Crediton, Devon

We're looking for a personable and proactive individual to join us as a part-time Viewings Agent. If you enjoy meeting people, love property, and have a talent for delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you – a dream role for anyone interested in property!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings across the Mid Devon area.
• Organise and manage your diary to ensure prompt arrival at all viewings.
• Provide exceptional service to potential buyers during viewings.
• Offer clear and informative feedback to our clients after viewings.
• Assist with general admin duties when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or admin is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organisational skills, great timekeeping, and the ability to communicate effectively, both in person and in writing.
• Must-Haves: A full driving licence and confidence driving to different properties. Familiarity with Crediton and the surrounding areas is a bonus, as is an understanding of the property market and the sales process.
